Conducted A/B testing, created spreadsheet reports, and tracked analytics and KPIs to drive sales by optimizing product listing copywriting, images, and keywords.

Promoted events and resources for UBC Sauder students and alumni by creating digital and print marketing content. Designed a branded layout for a series of career toolkit documents. Used Google Analytics to produce reports on the best and worst performing myBCom website pages and provided recommendations on how to improve the content and traffic. Managed website content with Drupal and did HTML coding to update content on the myBCom and Sauder Alumni Careers websites.
