I planned and developed print and digital sales materials for recruiting students and employer outreach at the UBC Sauder School of Business. I managed timelines and budgets, coordinated cross-functional teams and external vendors, and developed positioning, messaging, branding, and templates used internationally for promoting the school.

Brochures and booklets

This brochure for recruiting students showcases the school's key values and benefits and contains a collection of one-pagers for summarizing and comparing each graduate program.

This booklet is for promoting hiring students and graduates to employers. It showcases the value and demographics of students from each program.

Videos

I managed cross-functional teams, external vendors, faculty, staff, students, and alumni to produce videos to support recruitment. These videos are used for web pages, social media, emails, paid ads, and more. I coordinated the development of messaging, video planning, filming, scheduling, and budgets. I organized and conducted interviews to capture authentic reflections of program experiences.

These postcards were distributed at the end of events hosted in partnership with Cadillac Fairview.

Floor banners

These designs were printed as retractable floor banners that were displayed at international and domestic school trade shows.
